Hands-on Healing and Life Coaching
Life Alignment practitioners use hands-on techniques to align clients’ energy and precisely access the human energy field. The life alignment foundation course also covers four essential counseling skills:
- Compassionate presence and grounding

- Active listening
Moreover, you’ll learn to master pendulum work and muscle testing techniques.
Life Alignment Foundation Course Details
This small-group, intensive 4-day foundation course offers hands-on experiential learning and practice, followed by a practice session later in the year. You will need to bring your own pendulum and print a hard copy of the course manual and charts, available for download.
Accreditation and Tools
This course qualifies you as a Body Spin practitioner and is internationally accredited. Tools like vortex cards and pendulums are sold separately, and you’ll need:
- Foundation vortex cards: Seed of Life card
- Foundation vortex cards: Resonance card
- Body Alignment Card (BAF)
Unlimited Course Resits
Once you’ve completed your first course, you can resit my courses as many times as you like. Energy healing is a personal journey, and ongoing support is provided to help you grow as a practitioner.
The course is the first of three in the Life Alignment system, leading to a USA-accredited Life Coaching qualification. You can continue your studies with other Life Alignment teachers worldwide, including in South Africa, the UK, Europe, Australia, and the Americas.
